Hall 7 months ago Despite the arcade having some network connectivity issues we still had a blast, Marcos, a staff member who seems to wear a lot of hats at the location, made sure my son had a great time on his birthday. I really appreciated his help and I could tell he was having a rough time getting things working and dealing with multiple tech issues. He was still nice. Maybe it’s just me, but I came here to say that. So many people just don’t appreciate how hard it can be and I saw several individuals and entire families treating the staff horribly, he was unfazed. He remained kind and courteous and took the time to help a 9 year old on his birthday get his tickets out of a jammed up machine. There was a special that was a good price. The food was good.
